Welcome to M Luxe Transport ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Use and Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website at www.mluxetransport.com and all transportation services provided by M Luxe Transport.

By accessing our website or booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Our Services

M Luxe Transport provides private transportation services within Malaysia, including but not limited to:

  • Airport transfers

  • Point-to-point transfers

  • Corporate transportation

  • Chauffeur services

  • Hourly charter services

  • Long-distance travel

  • Event and special occasion transportation

All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation by M Luxe Transport.

2. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after:

  • Your booking details have been verified by our team;

  • Payment or deposit (if required) has been successfully received; and

  • You receive a booking confirmation from M Luxe Transport.

We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

3. Pricing

All quotations are provided based on the information available at the time of enquiry.

Additional charges may apply if there are changes to:

  • Pickup or drop-off locations

  • Travel distance

  • Number of passengers

  • Additional stops

  • Waiting time beyond the complimentary period (if applicable)

  • Changes to travel schedule

  • Special requests

Unless otherwise stated, quotations are provided in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

4. Payment

Payment terms will be communicated during the booking process.

Depending on the booking, full payment or a deposit may be required before the service date.

Payments are processed through secure payment providers.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth journey, customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate booking information.

  • Arrive at the agreed pickup location on time.

  • Ensure all passengers behave respectfully and safely during the journey.

  • Follow all applicable laws and safety instructions provided by the driver.

  • Inform us promptly of any changes to the booking.

Customers are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or members of their travelling party.

6. Waiting Time

Our drivers will make reasonable efforts to arrive on time.

A complimentary waiting period may be provided depending on the type of booking.

Additional waiting time may be subject to extra charges. If a passenger cannot be located after reasonable attempts to make contact, the booking may be treated as a no-show.

7. Flight Delays

For airport pickup services, customers are encouraged to provide accurate flight details.

Where flight information is provided, we will make reasonable efforts to monitor flight arrival times and adjust pickup times when practical.

However, M Luxe Transport cannot guarantee availability in the event of significant flight delays, flight cancellations, immigration delays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Cancellation by Customer

Customers who wish to cancel a booking should notify us as early as possible.

Refund eligibility is subject to our Payment & Refund Policy.

9. Cancellation by M Luxe Transport

We reserve the right to cancel or decline a booking due to circumstances including but not limited to:

  • Vehicle breakdown

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Road closures

  • Safety concerns

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

  • Incorrect or incomplete booking information

Where possible, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative vehicle or arrange a suitable solution.

10. Passenger Conduct

For the safety and comfort of all passengers, customers must not:

  • Smoke or vape inside the vehicle unless permitted by law and the driver.

  • Consume illegal drugs or engage in unlawful activities.

  • Damage the vehicle.

  • Behave in a threatening, abusive, or dangerous manner towards the driver or other passengers.

Drivers reserve the right to refuse service where passenger behaviour presents a safety risk.

11. Luggage

Passengers are responsible for ensuring their luggage is suitable for the selected vehicle.

If you are travelling with oversized luggage, sports equipment, bicycles, strollers, or other bulky items, please inform us before your booking so that a suitable vehicle can be arranged.

12. Lost Property

While we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in recovering lost items, M Luxe Transport is not responsible for personal belongings left inside our vehicles.

Customers should contact us as soon as possible if an item has been left behind.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, M Luxe Transport shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from:

  • Traffic congestion

  • Road accidents

  • Weather conditions

  • Flight delays

  • Mechanical breakdowns

  • Government restrictions

  • Road closures

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability, where applicable, shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected booking.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under Malaysian law.

14. Website Use

The content on this website is provided for general information only.

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website or systems.

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without our written permission.

  • Use our website for unlawful purposes.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website without prior notice.
